A Few Rules for Summer

Summer is here and so is the official break for Newcomers.  While we won’t be planning our usual array of fun activities, there are some things that will continue throughout the summer, like Book Club, Bunco, and playgroups.

We want to make sure that the activities that will continue are as safe as possible for all participants, so we have a few things to ask of our members moving forward:

  1. Please RSVP to every event you attend so that we know who to contact in the event a member becomes ill after.
  2. Please change your RSVP from the website to NO as soon as possible when you cannot attend an event.
  3. Please do not attend an event if you or someone in your house does not feel well. This includes coughing, sneezing, fever, etc.
  4. Please contact a member of the board if you get sick after attending an event so that we can notify everyone in attendance.

These small things can help us all stay safe and make the most of the summer!
