Please join us on Monday, August 22 at 7:30, at Erin Urban’s home (2663 Monterey Dr) for August’s book club meeting to discuss Curtis Sittenfeld’s novel, Eligible. Attention Jane Austen fans: this is a fun attempt at updating Pride and Prejudice. But even if (or perhaps especially if) the last thing you read was Good Night, Moon, please come for the laughter, food and drinks. I know this has been written often, but if you don’t have time to read the book please come anyway. Reading the book may be an easy way to create a common connection, but forming friendships certainly doesn’t involve required reading.
Okay. I’m sorry it doesn’t look prettier, but you can see the July playgroup calendar here.

Old USC Rec Center (1770 McLaughlin Run Road)
Well, it’s that time of year again…it’s USC Community Day time! This year’s celebration will take place on Saturday, May 21st. Our club is officially registered for a booth and to participate in the parade. Booths will be open from 11-4 and the parade will start (at the high school) at 11:30. For those of you who are new to the neighborhood, I have included a link with a brief description of the day. I will try to pass along updates and additional links as the township publishes them.
