Join us for a hands on cooking demonstration at Crate Cooking School! The cost of the class is $75 and you MUST register and pay on Crate’s website (https://www.cratecook.com/mar24). Classes are non-refundable.

Self Defense: Managing Unknown Contacts

Managing Unknown Contacts presented by Antifragile Training.

Shawn Lupka is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu teaching self defense at Stout Training PGH. This 2 hour session will introduce participants through interactive role playing and lecture to safety principals effective when approached by people we do not know in a place that would support a crime against a person.

Included will be movement, conversational strategy, as well at tactics for the employment of pepper spray.

Cost: Will depend on the number of participants, likely around $15/person.

Interested in learning how to play mah jongg or maybe you’ve played in the past but need a refresher or want to play a low-pressure game where you can ask a lot of questions? Come join us and learn how to play mah jongg from a fabulous teacher, Sarah Beitler. Sarah teaches mah jongg in the community and runs an annual tournament benefiting local vision organizations.

Coffee, mimosas, and pastries will be provided! No need to bring anything but yourself.
