June Book Club: A Spool of Blue Thread

Please join us on Tuesday, June 16th at 7:30, at Eva Yager’s home (149 Warwick Dr) for June’s book club meeting to discuss Ann Tyler’s novel, A Spool of Blue Thread. Even if (or perhaps especially if) the last thing you read was Good Night Moon, please come for the laughter, food and drinks. I know this has been written often, but if you don’t have time to read the book please come anyway. Reading the book may be an easy way to create a common connection, but forming friendships certainly doesn’t involve required reading.

Progressive Dinner: Treinte de Mayo

Cinco de Mayo has passed but we can still celebrate with Margaritas and great Mexican Food! 

Please join us for this year’s Progressive Dinner on May 30, 2015 from 5:00 pm – 11:00 pm.  This year, we’re providing side dishes in addition to the main course, so NO EFFORT IS REQUIRED of anyone — all you have to do is pay, show up and have a fabulous time.

More Hosts are needed; please contact Vicki at vafall@gmail.com if you can host part of this event. 

Thank you to the families who have already agreed to host!!

 Cost is $40 per couple.  Please reserve your spot by May 20th, 2015.

Changeover Meeting

Current and next year’s board members, please gather at Theresa Komoski’s home (1331 Redfern Dr.) for our board changeover meeting. Dinner, dessert and drinks will be served. No need to bring anything but yourself.
