UPDATE (03/15/2020): In light of the Governor’s social distancing mandate, we are cancelling all events for this month. We will reassess next month’s events as we get closer to April.

As our community is putting in place preventative measures to protect against the spread of the Coronavirus 2019, we as a social club wanted to put in place some guidelines for our upcoming events.

At this point, the board has decided not to cancel any scheduled events, and we will continue to plan new events.

We are leaving the decision to cancel to the discretion of the event host. If someone is no longer comfortable hosting, they should inform the respective board member as soon as possible. The board member will either attempt to find a new host, or send out a notice to the club that the event has been cancelled.

We will continue to review this plan, and provide any updates as additional decisions are made.
